G.P.P.S. Perera currently works as a Project Quantity Surveyor of Vonlan Construction (Pvt.) Ltd. and holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Quantity Surveying from University of Moratuwa and assimilating the technical knowledge of the industry to the academia through researches. He is specifically interested in Construction Procurement and Construction Technology.

T.M.M.P. Tennakoon is a research scholar at the Department of Building Economics, University of Moratuwa following a MSc. by Research on Livability Concepts. She holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Quantity Surveying from University of Moratuwa. She is also a member of Charted Institute of Management Accountants and holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accountancy. Her research interests extend but not limited to Building Information Modelling, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture, Procurement, Value Management and Liveability.

Dr. Udayangani Kulatunga joined Department of Building Economics, University of Moratuwa as a Senior Lecturer in February 2018. Before joining University of Moratuwa, Dr. Udayangani Kulatunga was a Reader at the School of the Built Environment, University of Salford UK. She was the Director of the flagship research group, the Centre for Disaster Resilience, University of Salford and also the Director for the Centre for Disaster Risk Reduction, University of Moratuwa. She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of UK. Dr. Udayangani's research portfolio has two distinct research domains: Performance Measurement and Disaster Management.

CH. QS. Himal Suranga Jayasena is a Senior Lecturer of Department of Building Economics at University of Moratuwa. He is currently reading for PhD on Building Information Modeling. He is professionally qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor holding AIQS.SL of Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Sri Lanka and holding MCIOB status of Chartered Institute of Building, UK. His research portfolio contains Building Procurement, Building Information Modeling, Construction IT, Construction Dispute Resolution and Construction Economics.

M.K.C.S. Wijewickrama was a lecturer at Department of Building Economics at University of Moratuwa and currently she is reading for her PhD. in University of South Australia, Adelaide. Her research interests are Building Information Modelling, Sustainability, Change Management and Real Estate Market.
