Shruti J. Raval is a research scholar at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, India. She is doing her Ph.D. in the area of Lean Six Sigma. She has about ten years of teaching experience at graduate and post-graduate levels.

Dr. Ravi Kant is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, SardarVallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat, India. He has done his Ph.D. in the area of Knowledge Management and Supply Chain. His areas of research interest include Knowledge Management, Supply Chain Management and Production and Operation Management. He has about 11 years of experience in industry, teaching and research. He is an Engineering graduate and M. Tech in Industrial Engineering and Management. He has published more than 200 papers in international journals and conferences.

Dr. Ravi Shankar is the “Amar S. Gupta Chair Professor of Decision Science” and Group Chair of Operations and Supply Chain Management in the Department of Management Studies (DMS), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India. He is also the Program-Coordinator of MBA (Telecom Technology and Management) at Bharti School of Telecom Technology & Management, IIT Delhi. He has 17 years of experience. His areas of interest include Decision Science, Business Analytics and Big Data, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Total Quality Management and Six Sigma, Sustainable Freight Transportation, Strategic Technology Management, Telecom System Planning and Design, Knowledge Management, etc. He has published over 350 research papers and co-authored eight books.
