Dr Smita Kashiramka is Assistant Professor in the area of Finance at the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. She holds PhD from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, in the area of Finance. She has more than 13 years of academic experience. Her areas of interest include accounting, Indian financial system, corporate restructuring and financial management. She has published papers in international and national journals of repute. She has also presented several papers in international peer-reviewed conferences.

Dr Mahim Sagar is faculty at IIT Delhi. His research interests are in areas including like consumer-based and community-driven marketing/branding of public and private goods/services. While developing these research agendas, he has focused on multiple streams like marketing/branding of public goods/service and the challenges encountered in marketing public policy and ethical branding. He also researches on consumer-centric issues of awareness, dissonance and loyalty and challenges of product management and business models. These research works are done in varied domains like IT, telecom, health, FMCG and public policy by using inductive and deductive protocols.

Dr Amlendu Kumar Dubey is Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi. His research interests are in the area of macroeconomics, development economics and applied econometrics. He was awarded Indian Econometric Society’s Young Economist Award for the year 2014 and IIT Delhi’s Teaching Excellence Award for the year 2017. His publications have appeared in Applied Economics, Economic Modeling and International Economics and Economic Policy among others.

Dr Amit Mehndiratta is a qualified medical doctor from Dr MGR Medical University, Chennai and Master’s in Medical Science and Technology from IIT Kharagpur. He received his DPhil in Engineering Science from University of Oxford, UK. He also completed his research fellowship from Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. Over the last eight years, Amit has been involved in doing extensive research in the field of biomedical engineering, clinical radiology and imaging. His core area of research is modeling and algorithm design for quantitative medical image analysis. He is an active member of International Society of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine. He has received couple of awards for best paper at ISMRM. He has published nine book chapters with Elsevier, Springer and other leading publication houses. He has authored more than 30 journal papers of international repute and more than 50 conference proceeding.

Professor Sushil is Abdulaziz Alsagar Chair Professor (Professor of Strategic, Flexible Systems and Technology Management) and Chair, Strategic Management Group, Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He has served as Deputy Director (Operations) and Dean (Faculty) at IIT Delhi. He has served as Visiting Professor and delivered seminars in many leading universities, such as Kyoto University, Tokyo, University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN, Stevens Institute of Technology, NJ, University of Lethbridge, Alberta, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Paris, among others. He is an active researcher and has supervised more than 60 doctoral dissertations. He has 20 books to his credit in the areas of flexibility, strategy, systems thinking, and technology management and over 300 papers in various refereed journals and conferences. He is the Founder Editor-in-chief of Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management and serving on the editorial boards of leading international journals. He is the Editor of Book Series on Flexible Systems Management published by Springer.
