With reference to Paper 15, in respect of the Department of Trade and Industry's Pilot Studies on Office Systems, is the Author aware of the approach adopted towards the introduction of Office Systems in similar organisations, e.g. Strathclyde Regional Council, and are similarities occurring?
When will the results of the Pilot Studies be published?

Yes. The DTI arrange meetings for the express purpose of exchanging views and information between pilot sites.
The results are just beginning to appear. However, in view of the number of sites (over twenty) involved, it is likely to be some time before they are all available.
