Since concrete structures in marine areas are exposed to extremely severe environments for materials, it is important to establish a comprehensive maintenance management method for keeping marine structures in good condition during their design lives. As a part of the method, a decision-making support system for maintenance management of existing berthing structures is developed. This system enables to predict the process of future deterioration, to implement maintenance plans for minor repair, major repair, strengthening etc and to estimate rising costs due to maintenance work. This paper presents the outline of the system focusing on deterioration models to concrete and rebars and verification results of the system by applying to an existing open-piled marginal wharf.
