The problem of environmental safety associated with the hydraulic transfer from solid waste disposal sites was reviewed. In order to protect soil and water resources it is necessary to foresee and assess the concentration, distribution, and migration of contaminants into different parts of the pollution area. At the same time, there is growing scientific and managerial concern about computer simulation of the real leaching process in risk analysis. For these reasons, an attempt has been made to remedy to some extent a deficiency in this field.
