The development of the human life requires road systems (in particular bedded pipelines) in order to promote community life and the economic development. Low cost construction and maintenance, which does not inconvenience the public, and which apply the technological advances is required. The development of such a product, with regard to both application and versatility, would revolutionise the construction industry, especially the construction of the infrastructure both in the big urban centers and in the developing communities. In time, Lima will have a vast new source of clean, economical energy: Natural gas from the fields of Camisea, from the Andes situated in the Perúvian rain forest. The Camisea reserve will also enhance the competitiveness of Perúvian industry, create new jobs in the energy sector and transform Perú into an energy exporter. This paper presents work carried out on a construction alternative; - the use of the Flowable Fill. This is a material that is in use in the construction of roads, avenues and streets, as well as in the installation of pipelines that allows to modernise the communication and to provide with services of lighting, drainage and drinkable water.
