There are many cases where low heat cements are applied to high-strength and high-fluidity concretes, and belite portland cement and blended cement are used in a main one. Then, the research which attached like various durability concerning the highstrength and high-fluidity concretes which used this kind of cement was executed. As a result, it turned out that the autogenous shrinkage of cement which mixed the blast-furnace slag fine powder was large though the autogenous shrinkage of the belite portland cement was very small. It has been understood that the resistance of freezing and thawing of the low heat Portland blast-furnace slag cement which mixes the blast-furnace slag fine powder is excellent. Moreover, it turned out that the influence which the amount of the entrained air exerted on the resistance of freezing and thawing of high strength concrete than strength was large.
