As a result, of the performed scientific work, composition of a modified concrete on the basis of cement with low water demand were defined. Technological parameters of formation, sealing, hardening and duration of the initiation period for hardened concrete in products and the tested physico-technical properties of concrete, were determined. On resuming the findings on the modified concrete applied, we noted that:

• concrete mixture dilution exceeds 18–20 cm;

• water demand of concrete is 5–20 % lower;

• cement consumption for concrete preparation is 30 % lower;

• concrete durability increases by 30 %;

• frost resistance amounts to 600 cycles;

• sulphate resistance of such concrete equals to that of sulphate resistant cement;

• elasticity modulus of the developed concrete is 5–15% higher in comparison with concretes made using common cements of the same grade. In addition to masonry applications, the produced building products can exploit their improved deformation properties.

The Republic of Kazakhstan has all conditions for a wide scale application of this modified concrete with low water demand in road construction, hydrotechnical construction and in manufacturing of various building products with high efficiency. It is necessary to note that producing precast concrete products on the basis of the proposed concrete accompanies a reduced energy consumption because of the non-vibrating technology and eliminating the steam-cure regime during product treatment.
