Chapter 5: Updating the Programme

The previous chapter described the requirements in relation to preparing a programme under the NEC4 ECC form of contract. In addition to these provisions NEC4 ECC also sets out a number of requirements in relation to the management of the programme on the basis that the contract necessitates that it is to be reissued for acceptance throughout the duration of the project. This chapter will consider in more detail how the programme is to be revised.
