But what are the real questions?

Here are some I'd like to leave with you:-

1. Is a passing-loop on the Aberdare line a better buy than a real-time traffic and travel information system on feeder roads to the A470?

2. How many people know how little Freight travels by rail?

3. Is an attractive public transport system necessarily about empty buses/trains running with clockwork timing and high frequency all day just in case someone needs them.

4. If offices in Cardiff started work at 7am and scheduled people to arrive up to 10am - scheduling equally staggered hours at the end of the day. Would we have a traffic problem?
