R.A. DAVIES, DERE In order to interpret the data on water in leakage in terms of concentration changes, it is necessary to know the flow of sodium past the leak. What is this?
P. CHOUARD, France 3000 m3/hr.
D. GREENE, General Electric, USA Has the material causing the higher plugging temperature been identified, and was it possible to correlate this higher plugging temperature with the hydrogen levels measured by the hydro gen tube monitors or with sampling data on im purities?
P. CHOUARD We have not identified the material correspond ing to the higher PTI. Nevertheless we have been observing a certain correlation between this high PTI and the presence of various chemical species including hydrogenous compounds. We observed the second PTI in both primary and secondary cir cuits. As at that time the steam generators were not yet filled with water this gives us no rea son for correlating that PTI with water.
