With regard to Paper 16, is data analysis as well as data acquisition undertaken on shifts?

Why did digital data acquisition take much longer than analogue data collection?

The time required for analogue data collection is 20-24 hours. The time required for digital data acquisition would be similar if the number of eddy current probe coil measurement permutations

(e.g. phases and orientation) were reduced, the lengths of the fuel rod regions of interest were reduced to a minimum, and the stationary gamma ray spectrometry were omitted.
