In this paper, flexural characteristics of fiber reinforced concrete (FRC) are studied. Based on flexural characteristics and ultimate flexural strength of fiber, a softening model predicting flexural deformation curve of fiber reinforced concrete or cement mortar proposed. Flexural properties of polypropylene fiber reinforced cement mortar is also studied by experiment. With the softening model, flexural toughness of polypropylene reinforced cement mortar are calculated, and they show good agreement with the experimental results.
