This volume explores how the movement into the era of digitalization changes how we think about leadership, diversity, equity and inclusion, teamwork, new organizational forms, and intervention practices. One final question is— how have the different phases of the consulting process changed as we enter more deeply into the era of the digital organization? This final chapter examines this question. Eight practicing management consultants were engaged to reflect on the different phases of the seminal 1958 consulting process developed by Lippitt, Watson, and Westley and to share their thoughts on how each phase is now practiced because of digital technology advancements. Brief biographies of each consultant who participated in this dialogue are presented below, followed by a discussion that centers on each phase of the landmark Lippitt, Watson, and Westley consulting process model.
