The mosaic contextual profile of the MENA countries requires the adoption of innovative consulting approaches to reach the desirable change results. The three authors of this chapter being SEAM interveners in 3 different sectors: Public Sector, Private Higher Education, and SME-Performing Arts, in addition to their over 20 years compiled experience in working in different professional settings within the MENA region discuss the region cultural dimensions, the consulting tools and the intercultural communication skills adopted as part of organizational development and change (ODC) initiatives.

Through their proven effectiveness, SEAM adopted tools, methods and concepts play a substantial role in making it the innovative approach of choice to overcome cross-cultural challenges that might be hindering ODC.
