This chapter analyzes the current organizational ecosystem in which human beings operate. It places the human being at the center of the action, under the assumption that, if he/she works in conditions of trust, freedom to act and is empowered, he/she will become the agent of change that the company needs to face today’s challenges. The most important finding is that the socioeconomic management model, as well as organizational agility, are management concepts that are born and developed in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous contexts.
