This chapter focuses on using human resource management (HRM) to improve ethical conduct in organizations. We begin with a general consideration of the status of ethical conduct in organizations. We then address three core topics: 1) highlighting the importance of ethical conduct, 2) directions for improving ethical conduct, and 3) measuring ethical conduct. We then offer implications of the approach for researchers, practitioners, and educators.
