AI integration in organizational staffing procedures has gained a consistent thrust over the years. It facilitates orienting the acquisition strategies of a company along with its overall objectives in business (Vedapradha, 2023). The quality of the flow of human capital is a crucial aspect of organizational performance and should be ensured by the proper TA process by the company. The TA process discovers potential candidates for the company, trains them on the job and qualities of the organization, and further convinces them to join the same, thus performing the primary mechanism for quality human capital flow (Barber, 1998; Paramita et al., 2024; Vedapradha, 2019).
