This chapter introduces a multifunctional children’s furniture piece designed to merge play and functionality. Targeting children aged 3–8, the study explores a novel approach to furniture design by incorporating a scissor-lift mechanism, interchangeable fabric covers, and activity kits. This chapter highlights the importance of affordability, durability, and customization in children’s furniture. Insights from user studies, market analysis, and prototyping suggest that well-designed, adaptable furniture can positively impact cognitive and emotional development.
