Abstract
This essay explores how talent development can be optimized within Career and Technical Education (CTE) to better prepare students for both higher education and the evolving workforce. Acknowledging the complexity of educational goals, the authors argue for adaptive strategies that align with diverse student strengths and the changing demands of the 21st century.
