Abstract
To: Commercial groups have recognized the importance of sustainability in each part of business practices. Especially, Sustainable human resource management (HRM) has become an emerging topic of research in the last decade. It was recognized that sustainable HRM practices effectively contribute towards environmental protection. Various research has been conducted on this issue. Hence, combining all this research for a future direction is required. The present chapter aims to analyse previous studies on sustainable HRM and highlight the important issues and future agenda for research.
Research Methodology: The study used secondary data, and various essential research articles will be reviewed. The data is retrieved from the Scopus Database.
Findings: The study provides valuable insights for organizations to adopt suitable HRM practices aligned with sustainability objectives.
Implications: The study is beneficial for organizations to adopt suitable HRM practices and highlight the critical issues of sustainable development.
