This study examines the transformative impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) on organizational structures, identities, and decision-making models. By synthesizing theoretical constructs and existing literature, it proposes a hybrid framework for integrating GAI into organizational processes, highlighting three decision models: GAI-dominated, human intelligence (HI)-dominated, and Generative Artificial Intelligence Hybrid with Human Intelligence (GAI-HI) cooperative decision-making. Findings reveal that GAI reshapes organizational forms, enhances internal collaboration, and strengthens customer interactions, fostering dynamic operational models. GAI further redefines internal and external organizational identities, positioning firms as intelligent entities. The study offers theoretical insights and practical recommendations, emphasizing comprehensive GAI strategies, cross-disciplinary talent development, and ethical considerations.
