This chapter gives an autobiographical account of the author’s experience of being bullied in and exited from a UK university. Led by the vice chancellor, a covert narcissist, and assisted by senior members of the management team, the author endured a concerted series of attacks on her work and abilities, with no effective internal or external remedy available. This chapter concludes that this does not bode well for the future of the university or the sector in increasingly uncertain times.
