In our fast-paced and competitive business world, the ability to attract and retain skilled employees has become a critical factor for an organization’s success. In this context, employer branding has emerged as a key strategic consideration that can significantly impact an organization’s growth and profitability. It is no longer just a tool for recruitment but a comprehensive approach that encompasses an organization’s values, culture, and reputation as an employer. This study emphasizes the importance of employer branding in achieving organizational success by creating a strong employer brand that can position a company as a preferred employer and create a work culture that attracts and retains the best talent. The study was conducted using a systematic review approach to achieve its objectives. Data were collected using secondary sources, with themes extracted through bibliometric analysis. An organization with a solid employer brand can differentiate itself from its competitors and establish a reputation for being an employer of choice, leading to increased employee engagement, higher productivity, and improved business outcomes. A study analysis of secondary data using bibliometric and content analysis can provide insights into the key factors influencing employer branding, emerging trends, and the impact of employer branding on organizational performance.
