Reliability is a concept that reveals the consistency of all questions in a measurement tool (test, questionnaire) with each other and their homogeneity in measuring the problem being addressed. Reliability analysis, on the other hand, is a method developed to evaluate the reliability of the instruments used in measurement.
There are no physical tools and instruments used to measure some behaviors, judgments, knowledge, and attitudes of the subjects. In order to determine such formations, some measurement tools have been developed that contain k questions and obtain information about the behavior, judgment, knowledge, and attitudes of the units according to the answers obtained from these questions. For example, a survey applied to personnel in a business is a knowledge measurement tool.
