Abstract
Human beings and nature are not only the physical bodies that one can see. Both humans and nature are deeply interconnected subtle energy systems, but somehow, these connections have been lost. These connections were not only the ones with the physical world but the connections of coherence with nature and the natural existence of our soul. Being connected and coherent to our soul and super coherent with other species, culture, communities and environment is a basic precondition for a sustainable life on this planet. But modern day’s humanity has lost the essence of it.
Our body and mind are naturally capable of being in coherence with nature, but we reach only a state of partial coherence by exploring nature from an outer perspective. We have to become aware of our inner subtle being to connect with the subtle information of nature, which emerges from nature into our consciousness. Nature itself has the immense power to revoke and awaken the subtle energy system of human beings. As nature and its components also corresponds to same subtle energy systems with their physical beauty and medicinal properties. These subtle energy systems of the nature have their own frequencies, which affect the subtle energy systems of humans due to the interference. So when we enter into the nature and spend time within it, we reach to our own super coherent state of consciousness. This aim could be achieved through conscious nature-based tourism (CNBT) for wellness, leading forward to the state of super coherence.
