As ethnographers may become the witnesses of everyday life of people experiencing inequity, relations of domination, insult or even violence, there comes a stronger need to do research, write academically and act socially in more engaged way. However, the limitations of ethnographic ethics (Hammersley & Atkinson, 1995) usually do not allow to reveal the identity of organisation and social actors, even though researchers not only recognise existing problems, but also experience the need of solving and presenting them for wider range of readers. At the beginning of research my main intention was to reveal the new area of knowledge: already existing, but unexplored and disregarded. At that time, I could not even imagine the problems of my conversationalists which I realised soon after, the ethical dilemmas I may encounter as an investigator and the social role which my research actually plays.
