Introduction of “new” raw materials in the building industry like recycled crushed concrete aggregates and mixed aggregates (with masonry debris) is only possible when there is no discussion on aspects such as the product quality and the ratio between price and performance. Therefore, this paper will give attention to strength and durability results obtained in the mixture proportions of concrete with recycled aggregates. It will be shown that for the most common ordinary concrete's with recycled aggregates durability is not a topic of much concern, based on results of tests on creep behaviour, chloride-ion ingress, sea water resistance and freezing and thawing resistance.
