With the development of electronic commerce and globalization of the corporate world, business analytics, or Business Analytics (BA), has become a major source of competitive advantage for companies. While business analytics has long been a part of corporate strategy in the majority of developed countries, most developing countries are still lagging behind in terms of adoption. The aim of this research paper is to review the literature on successful users' intention to use business analytics systems.
