It would not be an exaggeration to state that the COVID-19 disease has become the biggest and never-seen-before crisis for the global tourism industry, thanks to its unprecedented and rapidly-changing impacts. The ‘pandemic’ status of the COVID-19 disease adds to the plethora of implications on the tourism business and every sphere of life.
