Author Biographies

Camilla Fikse, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Counselling at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. She has been a leader for many years and has experience in leading development processes for individuals and collaborative processes for groups. In her scientific work, she has emphasized growth and development in a relational perspective for co-creating within leadership.

Geoff Fitch is Co-founder and Faculty at Pacific Integral, and has been creative leader, coach and educator exploring diverse approaches to cultivating higher human potentials for over 25 years, including somatic and transpersonal psychology, mindfulness, creativity, leadership, integral theory and collective intelligence. Geoff also has over 30 years of experience in leadership in business. He holds a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology and B.S. in Computer Science from Boston University.
