About the Contributors
Murtadha Aldoukhi is a PhD candidate in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering department at Northeastern University. His research interest is in product recovery, closed loop supply chain, designing networks, and optimization under uncertainties. He is an author of different research papers in designing closed loop supply chain networks.
Surendra M. Gupta, PhD is a Professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Northeastern University in Boston. Dr Gupta is mostly interested in Environmentally Conscious Manufacturing, Reverse and Closed-Loop Supply Chains, Disassembly Modeling, and Remanufacturing. He has authored/coauthored 12 books and over 600 technical papers published in edited books, journals, and international conference proceedings.
Nataliia Karachyna has a PhD in Economic Sciences and is a Professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Economy, in the Vinnytsia National Technical University, Vinnytsia. Dr Karachyna has more than 200 scientific publications.
Dariush Khezrimotlagh is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Pennsylvania State University Harrisburg. He has more than 22 years of experience as an educator. He earned his MS in Pure Mathematics and his PhD in Applied Mathematics. He is a committee member of Data Envelopment Analysis International Conference (DEAIC).
Ronald Klimberg, PhD, is a Professor in the Decision and System Sciences Department of the Haub School of Business at Saint Joseph's University. He received his BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, his MS in Operations Research from George Washington University, and his PhD in Systems Analysis and Economics for Public Decision-making from the Johns Hopkins University.
Stephan Kudyba is an Associate Professor at NJIT's Tuchman School of Management. He has published numerous journal articles in data mining and analytics, as well as in such areas as supply chain management, finance, and health care.
Kenneth D. Lawrence is a Professor of Management Science and Business Analytics at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Tuchman School of Business. His research areas include productivity analysis and data analysis.
Sheila M. Lawrence is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She has 113 technical publications in statistics, supply chain, management science, and forecasting.
D. K. Malhotra is a Professor of Finance at Thomas Jefferson University. Dr Malhotra's research interests include mutual funds, derivatives, and applications of artificial intelligence and analytical techniques to financial decision-making. Dr Malhotra's research has been cited by New York Times, Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal among others.
Kunal Malhotra is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania. He is currently working as a software engineer. His professional interests include machine learning, deep learning, computer graphics, and designing fault tolerant scalable distributed systems.
Rashmi Malhotra is a Professor of Decisions and Systems Sciences at Saint Joseph's University. She has published over 52 research articles in various journals. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Business Intelligence and Systems Engineering (IJBISE). She serves on the editorial boards of many academic, peer-reviewed journals.
Yevheniia Moroz is a Candidate for the PhD in Sociological Sciences and is an Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of Sociology, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Kyiv. Yevheniia Moroz has more than 40 scientific publications.
Robert L. Nydick, PhD, is a Professor in the Management and Operations Department at Villanova University. He teaches in the Analytics area focusing primarily on Data Mining. He has also published over 30 refereed journal articles in the decision support and education of management science areas and has participated in grants funded by the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, and Aetna US Healthcare. Most recently his research has focused on the application of the analytic hierarchy process in medical decision-making settings.
Dinesh R. Pai is an Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management in the School of Business Administration, Penn State Harrisburg. His research interests are in the areas of supply chain management, business analytics, and performance evaluation.
Samuel Ratick is an Emeritus Professor, and Senior Research Scientist, in the Graduate School of Geography and the International Development, Community and Environment Department (Environmental Science and Policy program), and the former director of the George Perkins Marsh Research Institute at Clark University. He received his BA in Mathematics from SUNY Buffalo and his PhD in Geography and Environmental Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.
Bartosz Sawik holds Executive Course on Innovation and New Technology in Science (MBA) at University of California, Berkeley. Received PhD with honors in Operations Engineering at School of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Electronics, AGH University of Science & Technology, Krakow. Received MSc, Eng. with honors in Management Science at School of Management, AGH University. He was a Visiting Scholar at University of California, Berkeley, Invited Researcher at Public University of Navarre, Pamplona, Visiting Professor at University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna; IN3-UOC, Castelldefels, Barcelona; University of Lisbon, IST, Lisbon.
Volodymyr Semtsov has a Doctor of Economics and is an Associate Professor of the Department of Finance, Banking, and Insurance in the Vinnytsia Research Institute of Economics Ternopil National Economic University in Vinnytsia. Volodymyr Semtsov has more than 80 scientific publications.
Tetiana Vakar is a Candidate for the PhD in Economic Sciences and is an Associate Professor, Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences, in the National Pirogov Memorial Medical University in Vinnytsia. Tetiana has more than 25 scientific publications.
Anna Vitiuk is a Candidate for the PhD in Economic Sciences and is an Associate Professor, Department of Management, Marketing and Economy at the Vinnytsia National Technical University, Vinnytsia. He has more than 80 scientific publications.
