Conclusions

It is possible to conclude that a lot of leading practices of decision making are available for the modern business systems. One of the most perspective leading practices is usage of technologies of intellectual decisions support for managerial decisions. Also, there are innovative information and communication technologies, which allow optimizing the process of decision making.

Their usage allows automatizing certain components of the process of making of managerial decisions – for example, selection of template decisions, their comparison according to the set criteria, and selection of the optimal decision. Due to this, it is possible to reduce the influence of “human factor” on the process of making of managerial decisions, accelerate this process, and ensure simultaneous decision making for several complex (with a lot of alternatives) problems of the business system.
