About the Contributors

Ton Baetens is Partner and Co-owner of Experts in Media and Society (EMMA), a bureau for communication advice and research in the public sector based in The Hague, The Netherlands. He has authored several books and articles on the role of government communication in a changing society.

Peggy Simcic Brønn, D.B.A., is Professor of Communication Management in the Department of Communication and Culture at BI Norwegian Business School, Oslo, Norway, where she is also Director of the Centre for Corporate Communication. She serves as Associate Editor for Journal of Communication Management and sits on several editorial boards. Her research interests are corporate branding, corporate social responsibility, and reputation. Her works are published in major international journals and she has published seminal Norwegian books on public relations and reputation.
