Gentlemen,

The resolution of the Joint Committee of your Resolution of Honorable Commissions having, on the 9th day of gMarX March last, referred it to us to consider as to the best course for the Tunnel Sewers, and upon the subject of the scheme proposed to be carried oat by the Great London Drainage Company, we have, in accordance therewith, carefully investigated the said scheme, so far as the time our other official duties have permitted us to testow upon it would allow, and have now the honor of submitting to you our report thereon. f
