Conclusions

The book studies the social, economic, and legal aspects of emergence, manifestation, development, and management of conflicts in modern socio-economic systems. This allowed forming a meta-scientific theory of conflicts. The following key provisions of this concept are formulated:

Based on this, “conflict-free” socio-economic system is not a system in which conflicts (crises) do not appear – for it is impossible to avoid them – and not a system without stagnation – as stagnation is a negative consequence of conflict in case of its development according to the pessimistic scenario. “Conflict-free” system is a socio-economic system that is stable against conflicts – that is, it is capable of independent overcoming of internal contradictions, successful management of external conflicts (caused by external contradictions), and their usage for self-development and self-improvement.
