Karin L. Botto, MS, serves as Faculty Member for AJCU's Ignatian Colleagues Program capstone experience and teaches leadership courses at the graduate level. Botto enjoys developing and promoting exceptional leadership. Whether through formal roles like serving as AVP for Human Resources and Organization Development or through her program development, facilitation, research, and writing, she works to inspire and support leaders to be the best they can be. Botto developed a leadership program for higher education faculty and administrators garnering her international attention. She codeveloped a model of Ignatian leadership published in the Journal of Jesuit Business Education in 2015 and coauthored a chapter of Success After Tenure highlighting her program on faculty development in 2018. Botto will complete her doctoral degree in Interdisciplinary Leadership at Creighton University in 2021. She lives in New York with her husband and three children, and hikes and practices yoga in her free time.
