During the first week of May 1967, I addressed a conference of the American Management Association in Hamilton, New York on the subject of management, leadership, and organizations in the year 2000. I was right about some things to come such as that in 2000, organizations would be more nimble and that I would be 33 years older After reviewing the accuracy of my predictions in 1967, I will forecast what organizations and leadership will be like 33 years from now in the year 2034, but one of the folks younger than me will have to check the accuracy of the forecast.
