Bruno F. Abrantes holds a PhD in Management with specialization in strategy and entrepreneurship from ISCTE-IUL University Institute of Lisbon (Portugal). He is an Associate Professor in Strategic Management from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, and his research interests encompass the fields internationalization, business networks, and capabilization models.

Wisdom Kwaku Agbevanu is a Research Fellow in educational planning and research at the Institute for Educational Planning and Administration, University of Cape Coast, Ghana, and the Editor of Journal of Educational Management. He holds a PhD in Education with emphasis on Qualitative Research, an MPhil (Educational Planning), and a PGDE from the University of Cape Coast and a BA (Economics) from the University of Ghana. As part of his PhD education, he was a Visiting Research Scholar on Split-site Commonwealth Scholarship at the University of Bath, UK, in 2011–2012. He teaches courses in educational planning, administration, leadership, and research methods. He worked as a College Improvement Advisor and College Gender Advisor for Transforming Teacher Education and Learning, Ghana, and as an Independent Researcher for Ghana Education Service and UNICEF Ghana. He is currently working on an EQUAL Global Network funded research project on “Measuring quality in non-formal education and youth skills training” and on a Girls’ Education Unit-UNICEF Ghana supported research project on “Adolescent girls’ school attendance and completion in deprived districts” in Ghana. His research interests include educational resource planning and management, school-built environments, education sector-wide planning and policy, quality education, and gender equality issues.
