The field of work stress continues to stimulate exciting and path-breaking research that examines how our work lives affect our health, happiness, and well being. Regardless of the specific discipline, we have the common goal of trying to understand how the workplace affects our mental and physical health. In spite of the diversity of questions, theories, and methodologies that characterize our research programs, we share the desire to explain and understand the dynamics of occupational stress and well being.
