About the Contributors

Jose Luis Alapont is a PhD Architect and Associate Professor of Architectural Design at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV). He is currently the Office Director of Green Transition, working on the development of the university’s strategy to achieve carbon neutrality. He is in charge of the UPV Living Lab. His research focuses on industrialized systems for sustainable and eco-efficient renovation of buildings and sustainable strategies for zero-carbon neighbors.

Jordi Peris Blanes is Professor at the Department of Engineering Projects at the Universitat Politècnica de València(UPV). In addition, he is Researcher at INGENIO CSIC-UPV center. His research interests combine sustainability transitions, innovation studies, and urban transformations. He has been Deputy Major of Valencia City Council and General Coordinator of Urban Strategies and Sustainable Agenda.
