What if we embraced the central mission of our role as global educators and truly acted on the belief that exceptional learning makes a crucial difference to our planet and our way of life? This article introduces Learning Without Borders, as a capacity-building perspective empowering leaders, educators, and executives to leverage global learning for maximum impact. With examples drawn from LUMS, a leading university in Pakistan, it highlights how learning without borders catalyzes the types of frame-breaking innovations that the wider global community and economy most need. We invite leaders worldwide to explore how they too might accelerate exceptional higher level learning in universities, global companies, government agencies, and civil sector organizations to better solve global problems, a process that simultaneously produces more effective global leaders and better solutions.
