Abstract
Knowledge management (KM), which involves the systematic organization and utilization of information within an organization to enhance performance, can significantly support global corporate strategies. In Ghana, the health sector and the broader economy are increasingly influenced by machine learning (ML). The impact of KM and ML on healthcare has attracted considerable attention, especially since the global pandemic. The integration of advanced technologies for KM and accelerated processes, combined with ML from various knowledge perspectives, can help create intelligent communities by leveraging networks of knowledge, information, and experience. ML provides enterprises with numerous opportunities to enhance KM, fostering an open and collaborative environment. This study examines the role of ML in KM, particularly its potential to drive the creation of new knowledge within Ghana's health sector.
