Abstract
This chapter investigates the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in healthcare interior design education, emphasising a structured approach that balances innovation with ethical standards. Through continuous assessment and reflective practices, students are encouraged to use AI-generated mood boards as starting points for creativity while developing original and functional designs. The study addresses the challenges of over-reliance on AI and the need for ethical guidelines, offering insights into how educators can leverage AI to enhance learning outcomes. By providing a framework that fosters both creativity and ethical awareness, this chapter contributes to the discourse on AI in education, particularly within design disciplines, ensuring that technological advancements complement, rather than compromise, the learning experience.
