Abstract
This research concerns about the environmental issues that caused the principle of environmental strategies to influence the modern-generation firms. There is a crucial discussion in a study of the green management literature between the green management scholars with their importance in the integration of green management strategy to maximize the profit of being a green firm beyond the concept of corporate social responsibility program. Nowadays, green management is integrated with an existing management information systems (MIS) and more is a business intelligence system. Another type of green management from Modak and Mather is also questioned in Term 25 of the HR strategy of green management, specifically the concept of green human resources management (GHRM). GHRM is considered to be the answer to three issues, in particular, the problem of compliance, commitment, and contributions in the environmental management mission-oriented strategies and positive effect of green management strategies as a factor in the production of success. GHRM indicates that the concentration of the environmental concern of senior management is an integral part of human resource management (HRM) strategies. The aim of this is to reduce the risk of penalties for failure to comply with relevant environmental requirements. Further concern will help to increase the level of dedication of workers.
