Abstract
This chapter explores the implementation of ethical artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure equality in the workplace. It uses a case study of the Legacy Survey of Space and Time (LSST) to highlight how transparency, fairness, and inclusivity enhance scientific integrity and set a model for global scientific collaborations.
