First page of My Life as a Series of Gifts

I see my life as a series of gifts bestowed on me both personally and professionally. I have had the gift of good health. At 78, I run or walk every day and need no meds. Up until the late 1990s, I had to wear glasses or contacts, but after cataract surgery I no longer need them. When I was around 45, I started to have atrial fibrillation and required medication for several years. When this medicine no longer worked, I had a procedure, catheter ablation, and since then have normal heart rhythm. I know, of course, good health will not last indefinitely.
