What kept coming to mind when I was thinking about this project was actually not my representation, but my classmate’s, who was also in the same intern classroom that I was. She had a glass jar that was a mason jar with a lid. It had small holes, and inside was a bunch of different colorful, crazy pom-poms.
Her whole thing was that you have, in the—she didn’t explain a lot, but that’s what I loved about this experience. No matter if you had been in that classroom or if you were at that school, you had an experience. You had an emotional experience when everyone presented theirs. You got to take part in something about that classroom that words could not give full meaning to.
