Countries all over the world have their own national digital strategy. US, Great Britain, German, Japan, Korea have launched the strategy and deployment of digital transformation very early in all sectors of society. US think tank named NEW AMERICA released an analytical research titled “The Digital Government Mapping Project” on Sept. 16, 2020, which showed the construction of a digital government, proposed a conceptual framework of “Digital Government Stack” targeting the government’s digital transformation in post-pandemic era, offered guidance and suggestions on accelerating the digital transformation in US, and also put forward the four principles and five strategies for its digital strategy. In this chapter, we do not compare and list the countries’ digital strategies and achievements, but mainly focus on China’s digital process, current achievements, existing problems and difficulties encountered.
